It is a division providing activity of the Institute in the following areas:
In institute
- provision to other productiond epartments of the Institute of scientific and technical information, regulatory documentation, standard project documentation;
- development of normative-technical and organizational-administrative documents of the Institute;
- control of the conformity of the current regulatory documentation developed at the institute;
- recruitment of reference materials, normative and technical documentation, scientific and technical literature, standard project documentation.
Out of institutional
- organization of advanced training in engineering, certification, training in specialized organizations, participation in seminars, conferences, etc.;
- preparation, together with other departments, of reporting and reference materials on the main activities of the Institute;
- ensuring the development and operation of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, monitoring the implementation of instructions and company standards;
- search and analysis of tender and commercial proposals on the subject of the institute.
