We are glad to inform you that since 2021 LLC “LDI “HIPROPROM” has been offering 3D BIM design.
Today, the most important stage in the design of industrial enterprises, civil objects and infrastructure facilities is 3D information modeling. With the help of 3D-models, the interaction between designers and the customer is simplified, which makes it possible to accurately and timely take into account all the client’s requirements. To create 3D information models of objects and electronic data exchange at each design stage, we use modern technologies based on “Building Information Modeling” (BIM). To carry out projects based on BIM technology, we use software from the world’s leading companies – AutoDESK: REVIT, CIVIL 3D, INVENTOR, InfraWorks; TEKLA; LIRA software.
To view the project being created, a 3D information model of the construction object is transferred to the customer at any of the design stages. Questions on the mutual arrangement of structures and equipment, ease of maintenance are resolved together with the customer at the stage of project development, and not at the building yard. Therefore, the customer, if desired, can be involved in the design process.
The 3D information model offers convenient project navigation. When coordinating projects and solutions, the customer no longer needs to study a lot of paper documentation.
Stages of using 3D BIM design technology, considering interaction with the customer:
● stage of SOLUTION-accepting:
3D visualization of objects at the stage of strategic planning for investors and a general evaluation of attractiveness – DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONCEPT OF THE OBJECT BEING DESIGNED.
● stage OF BASIC TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS, SKETCH DESIGN:
Studying of pre-design 3D variants for technological, architectural and construction layouts to select the best option. At this stage, having studied the 3D model in detail, the customer can evaluate how it is more convenient to maintain the designed object and give proposals for optimizing design solutions at the initial design stage.
● stage PROJECT:
Implementation of design documentation in the 3D BIM environment, with coordination of all disciplines, 3D control of collisions and intersections – the customer receives more detailed information on engineering equipment, systems and basic construction solutions.
● stage WORKING DOCUMENTATION:
Implementation of working documentation in the 3D BIM environment, with coordination of all disciplines, 3D control of collisions and intersections, generation of exact specifications of materials and range of work – at this stage of the 3D model, the customer can quickly find any pipeline, position of instrumentation, equipment and materials with their full characteristics and properties. This stage shows the customer the entire investment with almost 100% accuracy.
● stage of PRODUCTION OF DETAILS:
Execution of 3D assemblies and detailing of products and units, preparation of files for the production of details on CNC equipment and / or 3D printing.
